A Columbus native and professional singer/songwriter, educator, mentor and audio engineer, Eric Rollin saw the positive impact that music programs were having on students, and sought to find a way to bring those benefits to others in need.

Paniel Cromwell
Instructor
Peniel Cromwell is a dedicated Freestyle Rap Therapist based in Columbus, Ohio, with a decade of experience in teaching Freestyle Rap and Songwriting Therapy. He has made a significant impact at various institutions, including the Juvenile Intervention Center, recreational centers, libraries, schools, and organizations like We Amplify Voices. Peniel's innovative approach harnesses the power of rap to promote creativity, self-expression, and personal growth among his students.

Al Sabor
Song Writing Instructor
Al Sabor is a music coach who loves helping kids find their sound and their confidence. In the program, he works right beside them—teaching them how to write songs, perform with passion, and use music to tell their stories. He share tips that make writing fun, coaching that builds self-belief, and lessons that help every kid see how special their talent really is. Al Sabor's goal is to help each student grow as an artist and a person while reminding them that their voice can change the world, one beat at a time.
